ABOUT THE HOME LIFE CSP
The main focus of the Home Life Community Service Project is to inform CCWC members of the latest advances in women’s health and well-being. Informative programs have included topics such as osteoarthritis, heart health, Alzheimer's disease, and cancer. We have also learned about foster care and adoption, end of life hospice facilities, and the training of guide dogs. These are a few of the important issues of importance to women. We also collect foreign money (leftover from members’ trips abroad) as well as American money to donate to UNICEF. Regular donations are also made to “Clothes To Kids.” A very interesting field trip to the new addition to Morton Plant Hospital was a highlight of our CSP.
